I’m moving gently today. Still recovering. Still momming. Pouring into my girls who now have the sickies. Tying up loose ends I had to leave unfinished while my body asked me to rest. And I realized: this pace isn’t a setback—it’s a gift.
So today, I’m inviting you to slow your day down with me.
Read something that makes you feel held.
Write something that helps you exhale.
Sit with yourself, your family, or your best people and let that be enough.
